I am running v1.29.1 for the best mod support and use of custom assets like custom sabers
Mod Manager
Beat Saber Manager to manage both the mods and the installation of Beat Saber as it can install specific versions which have better mod support. This also helps prevent issues when an update is released and breaks some mods.

These mods are installed directly and not via the BSM, but it can be used to access the install location.
With BSM open, use the gear in the upper right to open a drop down and select Open Folder.
Drop the following mods into the Plugins folder
HRCounter - I am using v2.1.3-hotfix2 as 3.0.0-2 seemed to prevent loading for me
BSManager
These are installed via BSManager, to make finding them easier the mods are laid out to match how they are listed in the Mod tab
